Default Slip on Exhaust/Servo Motor issue

06 1000 RR

Iinstalled a Yosh RS-5 slip on.Now thefuel injection malfunction indicator will not go off. The bikeruns fine and I know it is because of the butterflyvalvenot being in the exhaust anymore. How do I get the indicator light to go off? I know this must be a common problem but it is puzzling me
