Default A shime in the front end

Ok real quick. My 1993 cbr900rr has a shime when i let go of the handle bars at anywhere of 35 to 55. I mean bad. Back and forth with the handlebars. But you cant really feel it going down the road with your hands on the bars. I have a new tire. I have reblanced it many times and it dont help. If the fork seals are leaksing would that cause it. Im dont think so but give me your advise. Thanks???

Could be as simple as an underinflated tire. Start with the simple things first, it's how troubleshooting works.
