[:@]2005 CBR600rr,right turn signal doesn't flash (comes on steady)unless i turn my left signal onfirst then switch to my right side. I have to do this every time i make i right turn. Left first then right! PITA! The bike has CA intergrated rear lights with the 20w-5ohm resistors installed, front LED flush mounts with Pig spotter 2 mirrors with LED's. Bike has done this since i have had it but intermittently, has started doing this constantly here recently. Does the bike have seperate flasher relays? If so where? (fuse box)? Any help is appreciated.

 

i am not much help but just wanted to let you know that i am having the same problem with my 02 f4i. it only comes on when it wants to but if i turn on the left then the right comes on almost every time first try. i am going down tomorrow or the next day (depends on the weather) to the guy i bought it from since hes a motorcycle tech and try to figure out the problem. if i do ill let ya know... if you find anything out please post it.

hey man i found the problem... my buddy had the same problem on his 06 600 rr... you need to take apart the turn signal, high beam, horn housing on the handle bar. there is a little plastic nubby thing that brakes off and will not let the turn signal go the whole way to the side. its like a piece of plastic thats 3-4 mm that brakes off and just sits there in the way of the turn signal.just brake it off and throw it away you dont need it. hope this helps man lemme know if that was the problem.
