Default Removing Front Wheel on Stands?

So I just recently bought a set of T-Rex stands. I was wondering, firstly, did I use the front stand wrong? I need to remove my front wheel and I cant get to it. see attached pics. first one is my bike, second is from manufacturer site, looks like you can get to the bolt on their pic, but on my bike they are covered....help!

the bottom rubber rotates around the back and the fork sits on the rubber sitting behind the fork right now....... i think.

or the pins need to be swtiched to the other side you can see in the pic the end of the stand "bar" is in front of the fork end on there pics.

He's correct, you just need to rotate the bracket so it looks like a backward "L". Here's a pic of mine on the same stands. Hope this helps.

ok, i will have to try again, i didnt understand the diagram that came with it, was misleading. i was just worried they would swivel out of the way and drop the bike if i angled them anymore. thanks!

Ha ha, I probably shouldn't admit this, but I read your note and had to go out and check which way I had my brackets - didn't match yours, so I turned 'em over. [sm=smiley8.gif]

The bike is put up for the winter on the T-Rex stands. They've been pretty good stands for the buck.

I used the tripple tree bracket (another ~$35) the last time I took the front tire off. It workedpretty dangwell for what I needed it for.
