Default Rear wheel stand

Can anyone briefly explain how to put bike on a stand .... as I never had rear wheel stand? Can one person do it safely?

Search my friend, search. There is a youtube video out there by one of the members that shows it being done by one person. I would suggest that in the beginning get a helper. Good luck.

Get a stand with pads, the second vid is the easiest way, the first vid is up on spools.

putting it up is easy.....taking it off is when it seems to want to tip

shouldnt really need any help w/ it. im a newbie, and along w/ purchasing the bike the seller gave me his LP stand. its pretty simple up and down. im usually more nervous on the way up, lol. but coming down just keep one hand on the stand and one on the tail of you're bike. as it comes down hold the bike centered as possible, slide the stand out then eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease the bike down onto the kickstand. too fast and you'll push the kickstand backwards which would result in you looking like this -----> [:@]
