ok quick question are the rear turn signals supposed to be on all the time or are they off untill you turn them on. my front ones are on all the times then blink brighter when i activate them but i just got my exahust done and i noticed they are off unless i activate the blinker and i cant remember how its supposed to be. thanks for any help
