Unhappy Rear turn signal won't go back in! Simple fix?

Hey everyone. First post here.

So the wind recently pushed my CBR600 over (lessoned learned: take your cover off when parked during a windstorm) and it knocked one of my rear turn signals loose.

From what I can tell, nothing is broken but yet every attempt to push it back in has it fall back out half-way again. I was thinking I could super-glue it in place or something, but something tells me that could be a bad idea.

Should I buy a new turn signal or is there an easy fix for this? Thanks!

My fix would be fleabay signals. Time to ditch the stockers anyways.

Just ride it like it is until the come in, the bulb still works, right?

You could try gluing it. Worst case is you will need to replace it....

Fleabay signals for the rear? I don't think I've ever seen those before. Just the flush ones you put on the front. If you have a link I'll check them out.

Fleabay = eBay.

Just cheap ones (non led type) for you. They're all 2 wire, easy and simple, impossible to mess up - easy.

There will be thousands of them, pick the ones you like.

Oh, but dont shy away from LED ones if you really find a set that you like.

You'll have a faster flash rate, is all (unless you put LEDs front and rear, that will cause an additional issue).
