Default Rear tire Wobble??

Hey Guys. Need a little Help here.. What do you guys think is the cause for my rear tire wobble. I can really feel it when using the rear brakes, the wobble is visibly noticable while riding the bike.

There is a large rubber washer that keeps getting popped out of the hub on the rotor side. I Just bought the bike in June and havent rode it that much but I can tell you the rear tire is very bald.. It is flat pretty much the width of the tire. any help you guys can give me would be great

There's a good chance that your rear wheel bearings are bad. Not that uncommon for something that old. Bearings are easy to replace and inexpensive. You can contact any local bearing supply and ask for 6204UU or 6204RS. They have rubber seals on them. There is also a Dust Seal on the right side, honda part number 91253-MAE-003. If you take the rear wheel off yourself, you can get a machine shop to replace the bearings if you have them already. I had it done for $20 when I was in the middle of a 2 week trip. Good luck. I'd also replace that worn tire as well.
