what model cbr and what year has rear master cylinder that doesn't have reservoir? (if any)

I don't know of any hydraulic brake system that doesn't have a reservoir.
As pads wear you need more fluid and that fluid needs to come from a reservoir.

Perhaps you can explain what you are trying to do.

Question makes no sense?

You would need another way to close your break pads.
