60005RR only thing i can't figure out now is how to remove the exhaust. I took apart pratically the whole bike now i don't see anything else it's connected to...how can i remove the exhaust.

I bet you are missing the bolt that holds the original pipe mid way up near the passenger right foot peg. Check out the below link to a page on the Two Brothers site. It lists all the bikes they sell exhausts for. Find your year CBR and open up the installation instruction as an Adobe file. They are very clear and precise and disassembly will be the same for any exhaust. If you look at the 05 600RR step 12 shows the bolt I am talking about.

By the way compared to the instructions that came with my Micron exhaust the Two Brothers directions are 1000 times better.
