Default Pilot screw adjustment

Hi everyone, need some help. Does anyone know if the carbs pilot screw can be adjusted without having to remove the carbs on a 96 f3. Have been looking for an adjustment tool but I can’t find one that takes a d shape driver. Well, i did find the motion pro 90 degree tool, but it costs $70, was wondering if anyone has found a cheaper one. Thanks

They can. Adjusting them while running is part of the process.
The Motionpro is a good one but there are cheaper ones out there. Usually they are much smaller, only 2-3 inches long. They are usually like small barrels with a D shaped end.
