you can buy powdercoating kits from a place like caswellplating.com ....the only issue is you need a stove for it....i THINK electric.....i wouldn't be comfortable baking my heel guards in my food oven...lol...but if you can get a cheap one and the kit, it should work out nice...but that would only work for small parts, subframes, frames, and swingers would be VERY hard to do unless you had a big oven ($$$$).....
