New Problem!
Bike: 2000 Honda CBR600F4
I had another thread that I made regarding the failure of turning on my bike. Today I went ahead and bought a new battery (I took the necessary protocols of purchasing a new battery), however when I go to turn it on the engine fails to turn over. When I press the start button and sometimes I hold it, I can hear the engine attempting to turn over.I have tried to jump start it but still no luck. I am wondering if this is a electrical or mechanical issue? By the way everything in terms of lighting, horn, signals all work....
The bike has been sitting in storage with the prior owner for sometime.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Here's a video I took from my laptop webcam hopefully it should give you a better understanding. I just want to be certain its the spark plugs before I take on the very irritating job taking them out.

ok ive had one this exact bike and i know carb bikes dont like to sit for long periods of time without being ran unless it was properly stored and not just sittin, spark plugs i would say definetly a must for replacement, first what i would do is take off the airbox and spray carb cleaner into the throttle bodies to clean out some stuff that might be built up in there while spraying into the the throttle bodies try to start it (with the fuel turned off), it'll run on carb cleaner obviously not good but it'll start if it doesnt then you def need to replace the plugs and check to make sure you are gettin spark to all the plugs, if it does start and run, (i would replace the plugs anyways but thats your call) then it is probably the fuel pump/relay, when you turn the key you should here a click thats the fuel pump turning on it doesnt prime really since it is a carb motor, if it clicks everytime you turn the key off and on with the kill switch on (try it a few times) then the relay is prob good and you need a new fuel pump, i had the same problem with mine new fuel pump and she popped awake on the first crank, you can check the pump by disconnecting the fuel line goin to the carb from the pump have a friend or whoever hold the line into a cup or somethin and try crankin it if no fuel comes out or just trickles out without to much flow to it then your pump is either goin bad or is shot completly hope it works out for you.
