Angry New bike, no brakes!

06 600rr 6k miles. Got it home and now I've got NO front brakes. I had a friend help me bleed the brakes (he's an auto mechanic, it was all done correctly) and we topped off the fluid with DOT4 fluids. They felt good for about 3 stops then went completely dead again. After looking closer I found that my pads are almost shot, would that cause the brake lever to completely not function???? I haven't been able to find a line or anything leaking...

Any help is greatly appreciated, I just brought this home and I couldn't be more dissapointed with this situation... the bike was bought "as is" so I can't get any help from the ****** at the dealer.

That could very well be your issue. The more worn the pads are the further you will have to pull in the brake lever to get the brakes to bite and the further you pull the lever in the more fluid you will need. You need to check the master cylinder to see if you have lost any fluid or if it is low. If all is well there I would take the pads out and replace them. Sorry man that sucks

Bent rotor? I had a hard time with a bent rotor once. You could get the brakes to work then as you rode it the bent rotor pushed the pistons back in then you had to pump the brakes to get anything. I would take the rotors off and check them.
