just bought my first bike 06 f4i it came with a targa seat cowl but all that holds it on is a strap that hooks under the seat so it has room to slide about a inch both way am i missing so kind of clips? also it has a tail kit and the seat lock isnt hooked up can anyone help me with that thanks

 

You'll probably get better results by posting some detailed pictures. It's hard to envision exactly how to resolve your problem without specifics; you know?
