Hey I just bought my 1st F3 its a '96. The idiot who had it before me dumped it & ruined the stator cover & gasket, clutch perch & im trying to find a Corbin seat. I'm having a bitch of a time finding this stuff & I refuse to buy them from the scalpers & scam artists on Ebay. Most ppl want $50 for a clutch perch which is 5 times over priced. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Mr. Cycles has decent prices on honda parts. Like $60 for the cover and $20+ for the perch.
Looks like there's a perch on fleabay here for $12 shipped.
Stator cover is like $65 shipped here.

 

By the way.... where are you at in PA?

 

id go for some woodcraft case covers . there sexy and will protect in a crash

 

Im from central PA near Lewisburg. Its 50 miles North of Harrisburg. I really dont like ebay bought a perch off it & it said perfect & usable & the big silver bolt was stripped out. Whats an average price for a new stator cover?

 

Heres another question, I went to set my trip odometer after I filled up the other day & its not there. I pushed in the rubber nipple thing but theres nothing there. Is there some kind of trick to do this or did it break off?

 

So I checked out that Perch on fleabay... It looked like it was in good shape & I couldnt pass it up so I bought it. But I went Woodcraft.com & all they had was 2003 & newer bikes. An does anyone know where the hell I can put frame sliders on my bike? I dont see anywhere theyd fit or bolt into.
