Is my CBR600 Dead!!????
I have a nice 1993 CBR600F2 that has run perfect.....until yesterday. I pulled it out of the garge, put in the ignition key, turned it to the "on" position, the console lights went on and then I heard a "click" noise (from ignition switch....not sure) and everything went dead. I turn the key nowto run and nothing...NADA!!! No console lights, no starter button response....absolutely nothing. The bike has always started up perfectly with just a light touch on the starter so I'm not thinking battery. Has anyone else ever had this experience??? Any ideas on how I should proceed? I don't want to take to the dealer if the fix is something I can do. Don't have a voltage meter so I can't check electrical system. What else might it be? Cana deadignition switch do this on its own? Seems like it could to me but don't know for sure. Anything else that may need to be checked or replaced easily? Thanks forall the help!!!! What a bummer!!!

Definitely check on all the fuses, battery connections, and basic wiring connections before you even consider taking it to the dealer. From your description, my hunch is that it is a fuse/ fuses. Good luck.
