Default MY 600F4 revs uneaven

Hi Guys, just a quick question, does the the low revs does not supposed to be a more even? when it's idling its very uneaven. From what i've been told the carbs has been ultrasonic cleaned recently.

I've also noticed a little ticking, near the clutch side, Is this is normal ?

closer video:

Thank you in advance.

Good day to you.
From what you said, it sounds like you recently acquired the bike. If that's true, unless you trust the previous owner, you have to assume nothing was done, or if it was done, it was done incorrectly.
If the carbs were ultrasonically cleaned and cleaned properly, they had to be totally disassembled. When that is done, they have to be synced afterward. As you didn't mention that being done, I'm guessing it wasn't.
Also, just because they might have been ultrasonically cleaned, it doesn't mean the carbs came out spotless, which they have to be.
I'm not trying to sound negative. It's just that the carbs have to be meticulously cleaned and tuned. There is no room for "good enough" when it comes to this area.

HI hamlin, thank you for response. Precisely i bought a bike in january and never ridden since, apart of starting and keep it running - none of the activities has been done around it. I can only trust the seller as much as i trust the random person on the street, not being over suspicious but i wasn't there when bike was serviced.

Would it be safe to say these unbalanced rotation should not be present and bike as same as the car should idle even ?
Would it be safe to say, my bike need a carbs service?

Thank you in advance!

That's correct, when the bike is running properly, there should be very little deviation in the tach needle. For the f3, (my bike), the idle RPM is 1,200 +/- 100. I think the f4 is the same, but if not, it's very similar. Regardless, you can see the tolerance is pretty tight.
I would say that it is a safe bet your carbs need service. It may be something as simple as a vacuum leak, or it can be more in-depth. The good news is the bike runs,s and it shouldn't take much of an investment other than labor.

Thank you again, i will look into manual as i believe the idle revs are set too low anyway. There is that screw near the rear break reservoir - i will adjust it if needed and will see if this will help. Will also reach out to local bike specialists to see if this is something they can help me with. But i first my mod 1 and mod 2 licence so then i can ride a bike to the garage to get it serviced.
