messed with handlebars, now my throttle STICKS.

it all depends on what you did by adjusting the handle bars. If you removed the bars, it could be a routing issue. the cables need to follow a pretty specific route, if they are bent too much, the cable inside will not freely and the return spring will not be able to return the throttle.
but, most of the time, the throttle grip gets pushed too tight against the kill switch housing. Loosen the housing and slide it away from the grip a little and see if that helps.

Im not sure of a routing diagram. But take a close look at the routing, if it looks like the cable is making tight bends, and there is a route that will lessen the bend, move the cables. Just be sure if you do, rotate your handle bars fully side to side and make sure the cables dont get pinched or over extended.

its the factory grips on the factory clip ons.
What cables are you talking about...the 2 metal ones coming from the throttle?
i dont even have those on the end of the grips. i need to buy some
