Lubing Chain
Service manual says use 80/90 gear oil. They mention that they recommend this to avoid o-ring damage due to generic chain lube. I'm sure that Honda lube would work just as well, if not better, than the gear oil.
the chick will notice if she is riding on the back and it slings oil all over the back of there legs lol honda lube works good me and everyone i ride with uses pj1 black we all think its the best its sticks VERY good and has very little slingoff
According to the F3 service manual, lube the chain once every 500 miles. They also say to clean it before lubrication, I haven't done this. I picked up a can of the Pro Honda chain lube from my honda shop for four dollars. It was a blue/white can, but I can't remember what it said specifically. It had white graphite in it to prevent excess sling-off, I think.
