putting a small "pass through" hole in the stocker won't reduce back pressure enough to cause any problems... your exhaust gas still has to go through the cats which is the primary point of restriction in the exhaust system. anyway, you can either get a really long *** drill bit and drill a hole straight down through the baffle from the exhaust exit... or you can cut it open at the welds and drill a hole that way... either way will work... just don't be that guy that drills holes in the outside of the can.

yea do not do the hole method...i can just see you pass out from the fumes!

 

just cut ur muffler off and jb weld a big tomato sauce can on the end of ur pipe or a pop can that will be loud. just put a yosh sticker on the side and no cops will ever know a thing,
