Hello everyone,
I am new to the forums with a few questions. I am looking at a 05 cbr600rr, it has 17k miles on it, been layed down on the right side, wind screen isn't there. But besides that it looks nice to me, for $3000.00. Sounds like a steal to me. It will be my first street bike, I personaly don't mind the scratches on the fearings. I know you have to see it and ride it to get the full picture but from what I've told you, what kind of a deal is this.

Like you said, you have to see it and ride it, but if the damage isn't that bad... sounds good to me. A new screen is under $100, so if that's all you need to replace, that is a deal.

What about the 17k miles on it. What services am I looking at in the future. I have one at 30k right? I talked to some other people who said they just keep synth. oil changes and when the motor goes, get a new one off a part out for like $1000.00 or something.
