Kickstand Relay Problem???? HELP!?
so i know that my bike SHOULDN'T start if the kickstand is in the up position but it does anyway. On the other hand I know that it SHOULD start if the kickstand is down an but it wont? My switch is backwards and I dont know how to fix something like that? It just plugs in so I dont get how its in there backwards? I cant plug it in upside down???
Any ideas on how to flip it?
Thanks Guys!

Im not sure if its just the way you worded your question, but it sounds like its working correctly to me. The kickstand switch only stops the bike from starting if its in gear, and the kickstand down. If the bike is Neutral, it will start wether its up or down.
Now, with the kickstand up..( in riding postion), if its not in neutral, you will have to pull in the clutch to start it. With it down, ( as in parked position), it wont start at all unless its in neutral, even with the clutch pulled in.
The whole reason is to keep people from forgetting the kickstand is down and driving off and causing an accident.

Should I be able to hold in the clutch while the kickstand is down and have it start?
Why do you not have a Neutral? I don't understand how there can not be a Neutral.

This normal operation for the F3. If the bike is not in Neutral and the Side Stand is down, it doesn't make any difference whether or not you squeeze in on the clutch lever or not, the bike is not going to start. To start the bike with it in gear, the side stand must be in the Up postion.
