Exclamation I want to ride.. Please help!

So I removed my engine case covers so i could paint them. I have an 06 600rr. I was able to put the left side back on (alternator cover), but cant get the right side back on(clutch cover). Its as if something has shifted inside that wont allow the cover to make contact with engine on all sides. I think the inside of the cover is touching one of 2 small gears on the inside, and does not let the cover fully close. I will post pics later of what im talking about (at work right now). But if any one has any ideas I could really use them at this point. I wanna put the bike back together so i can start riding it again. Thanks in advance

Sounds like your clutch pin isn't in the proper position when you're putting the cover back on.
