Be a bit more specific -- do you just need to get the tire off or are you wanting to remove the wheel from the bike? What flavor of CBR is it?

Front and rear stands will be by far the safest and least expensive way to remove your wheels.

When you buy your stands order or download the shop manual for your bike. If you are wanting to mod your rims you will more then likely want to wrench on other parts of your bike and the manual will be your best investment.

We have links to most CBR manuals on here, let us know which one you need. And I agree, stands are the easiest and cheapest way to go.

...Take the rims off the forks?
...Take the rims off the rear swing arm?
...Take the tires off the rims?
...Take the rims of your work bench...?

Please be more specific and any one of us would be glad to help you with your question, but you gotta throw us a bone here diego.
