how to fix decals!!!! please help
het everyone, i recently ordered a. an 06 cbr mid fairing from ebay. long story short, it was not in the condition that it was described. The decal is bubbling, not ripped or cut or anything though. This might sound like a dumb question, but does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix a decal? please help ,thanks.

Your question is not really a " how to " that board is more for the post that actually describes how to fix stuff .... anyways , I moved you here ...
As far as the decal is concerned , if they have bubbled , I think realistically they will need replacing ... You can try to pin ***** them and carefully wipe tiny amounts of water based glue into the hole to make them sit flat ?? but its a dodgy hit and miss job ...
They are fairly low cost so bothering to repair them prolly ain't worth it ...
If you need new ones , take a look here ...

But as classic said, you can sometimes use a needle. Also, sometimes you can put a small slice in the bubble to get it to lay flat. But more times than not, its better to just leave the bubbles there as damage is easly done to them from either method.
Or you may be able to buy a complete kit and replace all the decals with oem style ones like this.

This also could be a good time to remove all decals and buy a complete set of custom ones. there are a lot of custom graphic kits out there. heres a popular one. Although ebay has a ton of them as well that custom for your bike. Race graphics always look good.

I have replaced a decal on my side cover with an OEM. I had my bike serviced at the local Honda dealer & they let some young guy clean it with a high pressure hose. Exit one decal (one 3rd anyway).
Anyway, replacing them means soaking them in a mild soapy water, which makes it easier to place & move into the right position & easier to slip/slide the back sheet away. You need to squeegee the excess water & air bubbles out with something (like a small squeegee). While the decal is wet you can reposition as much as you need to. Its not like that once its placed you can't move/slide it. You just have to be careful how you go about it & don't pull hard on the edges or you can rip them & you must keep the decal wet as the buggers dry really quickly. So have a spray bottle of water handy.

+1 Also, if a crease appears, you can cut a little slit w/a razor blade, add a little heat from blow dryer or heat gun & it'll work right down.
