how to create a wire harness
Can one be made yes. Go you Radioshack and buy all the connectors you need get your soldering iron out and start making yourself a harness. Did it for my brake lights and rear turn signals. Turned out really good. Now do I suggest it wish a critical component such as the R/R...NO. Get it from Honda. It will be a easy plug and play and you know it will work.

what exactly do you mean by "blown"? Melted? Damaged? Are the female connectors loose and causing arcing? A pic here might help.
Before splicing anything back in, I'm assuming you have found out what caused the problem to begin with? Wiring harnesses don't go all melty on a regular basis without something else causing it.
Why not just buy a new/used plug and splice it into your current wiring harness? There's several for sale in the classifieds here. User thedudeman has a complete F2 wiring harness for $30 obo - https://cbrforum.com/forum/f2-sale-trade-wanted-94/parting-out-1992-a-117148/
Another F3 being parted out - complete harness for $40 - https://cbrforum.com/forum/parting-out-bikes-x-71/texas-tech-formula-sae-1995-f3-part-out-119474/ - I just bought some stuff from this guy, quick ship and great communication. He might be willing to wiggle on the price some.

yeah this is what it looks like, i actually saw someone else on here with the problem.....this is his but mines looks the same.https://cbrforum.com/forum/attachmen...0&d=1287346117
well as i was reading around, this guy had the same symptoms as me with his bike, and when he fixed his R/r( because it was fried too) his bike started right up. so ima fix my piece sinced its fried and see what happens,
Wait...I guess I'm still concerned, have you fixed your Rectifier/Regulator itself yet? You state found someone else that had a bad R/R, resulting in the fried plug that looks like yours. (I vaguely remember that thread). That makes sense, cause the R/R is what regulated the voltage and current being pushed into the electrical system of the bike. Bad R/R allows waaaaay too much current out into the rwest of the bike and the plug fries (The plastic will melt at a lower temp than the insulation on the wiring - but not much lower. If your plug got that hot - so did the rest of the wiring in that circuit.)
That person replaced their R/R, fixed their plug and all was right with the world again.
If you haven't fixed your R/R - then you need to do that before putting a new plug on it.
heck - since you have to do some cutting/splicing anyway - just follow the threads here to get the GSX-R R/R upgrade going for you. The Gixxer unit is supposedly better anyhow, and a bit cheaper.
