Default Honda cbr600rr 2011 turned off

2011 Honda cbr600rr turned off while at the light. pulling up to the like it jerked a small bit. Will not turn back on. Pulled to the side and tried bump starting, bought a battery. Still no start. Im thinking stator but might be a fuel idk where to start. The lights and everything turns, it chugs normally but wont turn over.

If you have a charged battery, it doesn't matter if the stator is good or not - it will still run (for a time).

You need to stop guessing and start testing - fuel, fire and air - start there. There's usually a good troubleshooting guide at the back of every service manual.

Are you sure it's simply not out of gas?

I did the carb cleaner test in the air intake and it started up. And stayed started after. The next day it started too. The day after it wont start with carb cleaner. Im testing the fuel pressure next. Just finished testing the electrical system. Everything is fine electronically. It back fired but did not start.

also I hear the fuel pump start up

If ECU detects, rightly or wrongly, that there's safety issue, it will kill spark.
Kinda like when you put kickstand down with engine running, it kills spark.

Measure safety switches at ECU connector. Need to measure at ECU connector because wiring in between switches and ECU may be broken.
