Default Honda CBR F4I No Start

Hello All! I own an 05 Honda CBR F4I and I am having a no start issue. It started riding along and the bike died slowly and I tried to rev it and it completely died like it ran out of gas. It wouldn’t start again, when trying to start it would sputter acting like it wants to run but doesn’t. Checked the plugs, injectors, fuel rail for clog, replaced the fuel pressure regulator, and still won’t start. After I replaced the FPR, the bike now runs at around 400-500 RPM and dies while trying to give it throttle. Any help is appreciated. For what it’s worth, this happened right after putting a fuel treatment in it (the current gas in it is non-ethanol). Everything seems to work as it should, fuel pump still primes.

Do you have fuel pressure at the rail?

I can see fuel coming out of the injectors so there is some pressure. It does not seem like much coming out of the injectors. Is there a way to test fuel pressure at rail? Fuel line coming from FPR is free flowing but the main fuel line connected to rail from bottom of tank is not very free flowing, is this normal?

The line at the rail should have full pump pressure, like 50 psi or so. The return should have nothing unless the bike is running, and then only about 10 psi. Prime the pump and crack the rail bolt ( with a rag under it) and see if it has pressure there. Be careful though.. If there is low pressure, pinch the return line and do it again to see if it improves.

Thank You! I cracked the bolt heading to rail and it had some pressure but not as much as I expected. Drained fuel and took pump out of tank, the fuel line coming off of the fuel filter inside the tank, bursted open. Getting fuel line tomorrow and SHOULD fix the issue.

That's exactly where I was going next if the pressure was low. I've seen that happen more than a few times, not just on bikes.
