Hey all, im currently building a chopper based around a honda 599 motor (CB600F)... I want to buy parts that will plug right into the stock harness, honda mildly seems to suggest that the 2004 CBR600RR is the same parts as the 2004 599...

Just wanna make sure this is true before i order anything.

 

I'd say no. Different bore, stroke, FI, carbs,.... will some things be similar? Maybe.

 

As far as the radiator/fan, will those match up?

 

why don't you try looking up the part numbers for the radiator on each bike

 

cuz honda's website seems to suck for parts... got any links to their part ordering website?

 

The Honda 599 uses the F3 motor, retuned with different cams, lower compression, and smaller carbs for more "mid range" torque. If you want parts, us an F3 motor.

 

599 motor is a 600 motor they just round it up
