Default Help setting Cam Timing! Does this look right?

I have been having a hell of a time tuning my 94 CBR F2. It wasn’t the carbs, so I opened up the valve cover to check valve timing. This is what I found.

The intake seems to be a tooth off, but I am not sure how perfectly they line up. Here is a pic of the intake came on Top dead center. Does this look a tooth off to you?

It looks off to me. The only thing to do is change it and see.

Its odd in that it doesnt look to be off a full tooth. It looks like it is only off half a tooth. But an adjustment one tooth may be closer than what it is now.

That's right. If you move it off a tooth, it's gonna be not level on the exhaust side. Go ahead and try it, and let us know how it turns out.

I got it adjust out perfectly. Level all on both sides. Runs so much stronger now, but still have a tuning issue. It requires crazy amounts of fuel in the mid range. Also even when tuned out well my cruise state is very lean. Stumbles when cruising at 55mph in top gear. All jets are clean, so I have no clue what is going on. Think the valves might be on the tight side, but didn't have any shims to adjust while I had it open.
