help is needed
i keep blowing a fuse 30 amp its the starter relay i think its connected right from the + side of the batt and then there is the relay and a fuse i put a new one in and the plug in the relay then reconnect the neg side of the batt and it pops every time what do i do what is the problem????
well i was driving and it just cut out it had been doing it before but i thought it was the clutch cause it happend when i was shifting down and i would go into n before i hit 1st gear so the later it just cut out and i did some trouble shotting and i found out that my fuse was blown i put a new one in and ever time i put a new one in and i blew like 10 fuses every time i put the neg batt back on it blows.
i belive it my stater relay the fuse is in the relay

A 30 amp fuse will blow because the draw is more than 30 amps. Are you confident the starter isn't doing something it shouldn't ? other than that a simple short somewhere. There aren't many places for 30 amps to go on a bike.
You could either have a loose/coroded (bluish gunk that builds up on certain connections that can jump voltage from one wire to another) ground wire and it is an itermitant connection problem causing a sudden draw of volts/amps which will cause the fuse to blow. Make sure all your connections to the starter are good, clean and tight (to start with). Otherwise, it is a short circuit. There is no real easy answer to locate it. Start with one circuit/wire and check it from start to end. Look for a part of the frame or a bolt that has rubbed through the wire's insulation, causing a short.
For that particular circuit (according to the manual) the starter relay and main fuse has connections to/from the BATTERY, STARTER MOTOR, CLUTCH SWITCH, STARTER SWITCH, REGULATOR/RECTIFIER and a circuit to the diode to/from the nuetral safety switch. Good Luck and let us know what you find.

i have looked at all the wires and taped up all the ones that are cut and i still pop fuses is ther any chance my batt is over charged i charged it then got it re charged at auto zone so could that be ??
i have done some trouble shooting (some good stuff i might say) and i did some wire i jumped the relay and found out it was or so i think it is the rectifier/regulator so i will let yall know if i was right
