Default Help needed with an 07 600RR

I bought an 07 600RR the was in an accident to fix up for track days that I want to get into , it seems that the insurance company/shop/aution that declaired it a write off raped some stuff off it and cut the wiring harness etc , anyways I have the wiring harness replaced and the bike turns over but does not fire , checked all the fuses etc . When I turn the key on I expect to hear the fuel pump fire up like my 06 R6 but it doesn't but does work when jumpered . The bank angle sensor is missing could this be the reason ? Are there any fusible links in the harness that could be blown ? Could be the ECM ? Any help is appreciated , any Honda techs on here that want to make some cash ? Finally if nessessary where is the best Honda place in durham region to take it . Thanks in advance .[/align]

If you're missing you bank angle sensor... unless you're bypassing it, then yes... that's a big problem right there. I would start with that.
