I'm not sure if i should Post Here or Other Bike Chat,But Anyway i just picked up a 97 Cr 250 from the Kid down the Road fer cheap cash"he's moving to SouthCarolina and can't take it with him"needless to say i've been searchin everywhere and cant find any specs/info for like oil changes,filters,how many qts and what kinda oil,the basic stuff ya know.All i know is Mix is 32:1.I waited to long to ask the kid he's already moved.....Serves me right for being slow,any help would be appreciated,as i know Squat bout 2 strokes...

 

well, there probably isn't any crankcase oil because its a two stroke. The ratio you have is how much oil to mix with the gas in the tank. The only fluids there are to change is the transmission oil which is just ATF and the coolant.
I had a 98 RM125 but I sold it a couple months ago. 2 strokes are super easy, just post up any questions, there's a few dirt bike riders on here.
