Default Help with engine removal

Did a search, went through 10 pages of results with no luck.

I'm pulling the engine and have reached a couple little snags:

First, the manualsays "Support the motorcycle securely with a hoist or equivalent." What exactly should I be supporting?
Right now the bike is up on wheel stands, fork stand in front, and spool stand in the rear. Should I be supporting the swingarm or something? Is the bike going to fold in half once I pull the motor out?

Secondly, I need the special tool for removing the lock nut on the center hanger bolt, local dealership quoted me $70 and about a week before they could get it in. I tried checking hondapartsdirect but the website says that part is not on file (07VMA-MBB0100). Is there somewhere else I can get it quicker, or should I be thankful its only $70 and a week to get it?

Thanks in advance!

front and rear stands are fine. as for the special tool, either you can try making one yourself, like many have to remove the swinger and steering stem bolts, or buy it from honda and take the hit. the bike won't fold in half or anything.

try ronayers.com for the tool.
