New to the forum. I have a 98 cbr600 f3 and it goes in to every gear but doesn't want to move I adjusted the clutch and it started working some but at a low rpm but after 7 or so just revs up. The boy I gotten it from doesn't know much on it any help would be awesome thanks

Sounds like you're describing a slipping clutch from it being worn out.

Yeah I believe so also I watched a few videos and decided to open it up and I could spin the wheel in gear before I open it then after I did I couldn't spin the wheel hardly. My clutch lever wasn't properly seated I'm finding metal shaving and my clutch cover that holds on the clutch plates looks burnt in spots. Also the top of my clutch measures out to the side of the block at 2.1/2 and the bottom to outside of the block is 2inch so maybe the clutch is off centered but I'm not sure I've never seen a clutch till today and couldn't find anyone to help me so I just ended up doing it. I've rebuilt the starter already foe shots and giggles and it come out good and never done it so going try and rebuild the clutch if it don't work I'll buy a new one but going try it at least first
