Default help

I just bought a 1988 Honda CBR hurricane how to rebuild a carburetor the bike runs good but it makes a noise I know these parts had problems with a chain tensioner I'm not quite sure what the noise

There are 1000 sounds a bike can make... You'll have to be way more descriptive

it sounds like the chain is rubbing against something it's just loud it's hard to describe I have a video with the sound but I don't know how to put it in on onto this

Hi do you mean the Cam Chain Tensioner or the Transmission drive chain

the chain tensioner the bike runs awesome but it makes that noise driving me crazy if you rev it up a little it gets better the noise goes away

Hi, I live in the UK, but I have got a manual I can send you, it's only 2 bolts to take out, all you have to check is that it moves in and out easily, and take down your e-mail address that could cause you problems, if need be PM me

no mine's different it's full bolts it's inside the motor it's a 1988 hurricane CBR
