I would start with the controls on the handlebar. Take the screws out of the plastic case and see if anything is crossed inside. Did you just buy the bike or did you modify something recently?

possible that aftermarket signals were installed, improperly.

Default flasher

on my f4 i just got there was a loose wire where the prej owner had hooked up the integ led taillight - the left flashed all the time and the right never.
i followed the colours, wiggled and found an uncovered loose splice
stuck a wirenut overit and alls well.
so what im trying to say is just follow your wires...colour coded.

I agree. Usualy pretty easy to tell when someone has altered the factory wires. Good Luck!
