Default Has anyone done this or know if it will work

So I was looking around on EBAY tonight and came across this item.

HONDA CBR600f4i CBR 600 600F4i F4i LED KIT CHANGE OEM GAUGE CLUSTER COLOR BLUE | eBay

It sounds like you open up the cluster and change out the LED's with blue one. Kinda sounds shady to me. It looks like a really good idea and I'm sure it will look awesome if it actually works. Has anyone heard of this or knows if it will work?

Yes, ppl do it alla time. You can do it yourself if you're handy with a soldering iron or you can send it to someone and have it done for you.

BONE simple...
i did it on my prev bike.
pop the cover off the display, there are a bunch of little lights behind it. then goto a parts store and look up the size.
once you know your size you can get them in LED in any color on ebay for around $1 a pop or less.

DONE.

no need to solder or anything, most of the ebay LED lights are already 12v so just pop the bulb out and put the LED in there.

lol, if you can change a light bulb you can do this.
just take your time taking it off the bike and put a towel down on your table before you start taking it apart.

Also I could have pointed you to where to get those LED's for about $3.

Oh well, Looks good anyways.
