I have a part that has been called a few different things by a few different people.I still dont know what its called.Its for a honda 1992 cbr600f2. Its a black circular thing, it has like 3 valves on it,one on one side and 2 on other. Its located under the fuel shut off switch or reserve switch, i can smell fuel in it,its plastic and a part on the inside moves i think. I think it has to do with the vacuum system. Would appriciate quick responses.

Your links are two different parts. From what you've described, it is a "Cover Set, ****", part number 16953-MBZ-B51

The valve in the second link is emissions related, Find some help and remove the smog. It will lighten the bike and run better
