04 projector mod : Honda CBR 600RR Sportbike Forum : 600RR.Net

this is on a 600RR but the principle is pretty much the same, i hear wiring everything and hiding the wires is the hardest part.

please let me know how the quality and instillation of these goes i was looking at the same thing for my bike.

I ordered something like that on ebay. The one I got has all the wiring is done, so I just have to remove the lens and put that on the bracket that came with it, and pop it in. Sounds simple but I think I will ask my neighbor to help me

Thanks for linking my old writeup jeffjones. I will probably write up another one when I put projectors in my new rr. I know it sure helps me sometimes using writeups other people have written so I dont mind writing them when I know what Im doing to help others.

Well everything is wired up and the headlight assembly is put together, taking longer than I'd hope due to work scheduale and school, but everything has gone smoothly for the most part and i will post pictures of the process as soon as i can. the hardest part has been hiding the extra wiring and finding a place to mount the ballast and ccfl halo boxes. the worst problem ive had is that the toggle switches keep braking for the Halo's

I had toggle switch for halo and third eyes, so two switches. My shop put them on left inside of side cowl.t.

Hondaracing106 hows the install going? I'm interesting in seeing pictures of how they look once they are installed. Where were you able to hide the HID box at. Im interested in buying the same conversion kit. Would you recommend it?
