Default Good oil?

I'm about to replace my stator cover because I cracked it, and I'm going to have to put new oil in. Any suggestion on what brand/kind of oil i should use for my 2002 cbr f4i? Thanks

^^LOL.......until we freeze because we took the global warming thing too far.

And I hope Nauree is being sarcastic, because if you dump that energy conserving crap into your bike........POOF goes your powertrain.

Honda GN4 10w40 oil is good stuff too.

Oh, and +1 to doing a search.

your powertrain will not go with energy saving oil. your clutch will. use motul, amsoil motorcycle, honda, etc, etc, etc. Anything synthetic, anything without molybdenum or teflon addatives.
