Full Exhaust Install
it's a cake...just make sure you tighten things to spec and don't force anything. make sure you tighten header bolts to specs. they'll seem very low but you need this due to heat and expansion, etc.
From what i`ve read in the manual the only awkward thing is removing your rad to get at all the places, shouldn`t be beyond most home `mechanics`. I`d give a few of the site sponsors a buzz see if they can hook you up with a deal, superbike supply and Apex motorsports seem to be able to get most everything.
I have the Service Manual for my bike....good to hear that not a hard mod. one last questions then? is there a race version versus the normal full rs-5? cause 7-800 on mot sites versus 1400 on exautic?!?!?
the rs-5 is one of the best zorsts for the rr mate, imho. my mate over the pond has one on his blade and it sounds awesome, what i will say is, DON'T set the system up slack then tighten in sequence, tighten the headers first then the link pipe mate, it's a lot less hastle and it's a piece of **** to do, just dont crack the seat unit taking it off .... it sounds obvious but it's easily done.... thats from experience man
Coops
EDIT: if you aint got one i reccomend getting the power commander to suit your new zorst setup too, it sorts out the mid range problems...
