Default Front vibration after new tire-help!

My old front tire was shot, so I got a new dunlop d208 front tire and had it balanced. Rim is not bent, and drove fine with the old tire. When I put the new tire on, I have a slight vibration at around 45 mph or so, and goes away when i go faster. I took the wheel off and had it rebalanced because it was balanced with 20 psi, so I put 36psi. Place said that it was slightly over balanced, and is fixed now. i put the wheel back on, and have the same wobble again. it never did that with the old tire and I dont understand why it wobbles when it is perfectly balanced. Hep please!

i would bring the whole bike and let the shop fix it. it still sounds to me like it's a balance issue.

+1. the tire is still out of ballance. Ballancing issues can usually be easily identified as wobble will come and go. Like yours, its there at 45, but goes away when you go faster. If you go even faster yet, it will come back at a certain mph, then go away again.

might sound crazy, but it could be a defective tire.... i was talking to the mechanic i go to all the time a few months ago and he said there was a guy going through the same thing with 3 front Dunlop tires. they were all manufactured wrong, something about the mold was incorrect. might wanna check that out

I had the tire balanced twice, and i am starting to think that it is a defective tire also. i heard that the Dunlops cup easily. I am going to put a different front tire on it this weekend, and see if that helps. Thanks!
