Default Front Brakes 01 929

I think I may have to much rubbing going on the front brake rotor to pads. I am pretty sure there is supposto be some contact but the wheel does not spin freely and I dont know where to start I have purchased a diff set of brakes and same thing still rubs.

i know with cars sometimes the brake hoses will let fluid go to the caliper but not let it release, try cracking the bleeder screw and see if the wheel will spin free if it does you may need brake hoses

Sounds like you have some sticky calipers. That's the number 1 killer of disc brakes. I would first take them both off and clean them, lube the cylinder boots and slide points, work them in and out a bunch of times, careful not to damge the cylinder. While your at it I would bleed the front brakes a bunch get some new brake fluid in there. Start there and see if it takes care of the problem.
