Default Fouled? Cause

Hey everyone, would someone be able to tell me if these plugs look fouled and the cause

Looks to be running on the rich side a little. They don't look too bad though.

so you don’t think it’s oil, worried about piston rings being bad. Thanks

Not cakey enough to be oil.
