Default Forks from 2012 cbr125 fit on 2007 model?

Hi hopeing someone may be able to help ive got a 2007 cbr125 that has just popped fork seals and by the look of it letting a shop repair will cost around £100 with labour.
I might have the option of getting some forks a bit cheaper but there from a 2012 model does anyone no if this will be a problem really need to no if they will fit straight on with no modifications
thanks for any info you can give thanks

Been doing a little research and the only difference i can see is on 2012 forks it has a 120 mm axle travel on the 2007 model it has a 109 mm axle travel what does this mean would they still fit work
