Default a few question about installing a full exhaust?

someone at work is offering to sell me a full exhaust, he thought it was a yoshi. he said it came off his 1000rr (didnt say what year, but did say it had an undertail), ive got a 06 600rr. so obviously my first question would be are these interchangeable? whats a good price for it, he said mentioned 150, but said he would look around a bit to see what a fair price is. also how hard is it to install? is it as easy as a few nuts and bolts? and i know it would need a power commander, do these install easily? and my last is how much more HP/trq can i expect? any other info thats helpfull is appreciated, thanks

You can't even get a yosh slip on for 150 unless its beat up.

I am not an expert but odds are it will not fit, The cylinder spacing should be wider on the liter bike. Contact yoshimura and check, search the web

I wouldn't buy an exhaust for an F350 and try and put it on an F150, even though they are both eight cylinder Fords, just doesn't make sense to me.

Well not nessesarly.. I have a 300C and I installed 300Csrt8 headers on my HEMI..no problems whatso ever.. You would probaby just have to take your exhaust parts off and look at your friends parts that he's selling see if they match up.tell him to let u try that if they do then I'd buy heck why not good price.right.. If the ports match the sweet!!but to each his own
