A few Qs about my 600f
Hi Guys,
I'm new on here. I'm Kev and I'm the proud owner of a 2012 CBR600F.
I've a couple of tech queries:
The new model 600F doesn't have threaded holes for cotton reels / bobbins. I need to fit them so I can use a paddock stand on my own. I found an R&G kit with bobbins and a bracket / chain wear indicator that replaces the stock one (http://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/prod...600f_11-12.jpg). Wondered if anyone else has used these and what was your experience?
Next quesion. There's a buzz from the windscreen at ~4500 rpm. I tried to get into the windscreen bolts to see they need tightened. I removed the triangular black plastics bits to the side of the dash (you can see one at the top of this image: http://www.motocorse.com/pd/albums/H...F%20-%2015.jpg), but it seems this is not the right way. If anyone knows how to get at them I would like to know.
Thanks.

Another question that I thought I would add on: the previous owner has slid the bike and as result the left crankcase cover is scratched. I intend to buy a replacement. I would like to know how easy this is to replace - is oil going to spill everywhere if a remove it? If it's a messy job then I may get a dealer to do it, because I only have basic equipment at home.
