Just wanted to see if I could get some usefull feed back, I came across a sweet deal today, a guy down the block laid his bike down yesterday, and I saw him toaday and he sold me his 2003 600 Katana for under 1g, but it needs fairins as they are cracked but driveable, hand brake lever crankcase cover and teh cover on the other side and r/s signal and mirroe. I already own a 600 CBR, but I was looking ofr another bike for my wife and IU guess I found it. but I need to se e if I can get a sight or place to buy used or aftermarket parts, as I have spent up most of my$$ on the CBR and now the Katana. any feed back would help. I anit ashamed of very used or even not wanted stuff. tks

 

try here http://www.airtech-streamlining.com got some fairings from them before, only i had to drill my own holes and paint them. not to hard, and they are inexpensive.

 

There's a write-up on plastic weld here. Then have the bike painted. Strip it of all bodywork first and look for damage of all hardparts. Do cosmetics last.
